These agreement terms apply to the ME30website (this website), hereinafter referred to as "ME30," and theproducts or services within ME30 e-commerce.
The purpose of these agreement terms is toprotect the interests of " CELLA DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD. " andyourself. If you click "I agree" or a similar option, or engage inactivities such as ordering, payment, or consumption on ME30, it means you havealready been informed of and agreed to all the provisions of these agreementterms.
Section1 Users

Section 2 Personal Data Security
Regarding your personal data, ME30 willcomply with relevant laws and regulations on personal data protection. Forinformation on personal data protection and privacy policies, please refer tothe ME30 Privacy Statement.
In order to complete transactions,including but not limited to payment and delivery, you must ensure that all theinformation you provide during the ordering process is complete, accurate, andconsistent with the current circumstances. If there are any changes afterward,you should immediately notify ME30.
ME30 not only uses secure transactionmethods for the data you provide but also commits to maintainingconfidentiality. Except for providing relevant information to cooperatingmanufacturers or purchasing agents for the purpose of completing transactionsor providing customer service, ME30 will not disclose or provide your data tothird parties arbitrarily. Depending on the nature of the transactions youengage in, such as international shipping, cooperating manufacturers orpurchasing agents may be located abroad, and it may be necessary to provideinformation to these entities to complete the transaction, which may involveinternational data transfer.
ME30 has the right to view or provide yourpersonal data to competent authorities or third parties who claim their rightshave been violated and provide appropriate evidence in the followingsituations:

Section 3 Online Ordering
In addition to these agreement terms, theinformation presented on the product sales pages and related webpages in theordering process, including transaction terms, restrictions, and instructions,is also considered part of the contract.
In principle, your transactions on ME30'selectronic commerce are facilitated by ME30. However, the information youbrowse on ME30's electronic commerce or the transactions you engage in may beprovided by third parties as order or purchasing services. In such cases, you areplacing orders with or entrusting purchasing services to these third parties,and they are responsible for fulfilling the terms, transaction conditions, orrestrictions as stated on their respective webpages. ME30 only providesmarketing services, links, payment collection services, or electronic commerceplatform information processing services.
Once you complete the online orderingprocess on ME30 following the prescribed methods, conditions, and procedures onthe website, it signifies that you are making an offer and are willing to orderthe product or service according to these agreement terms and the terms,transaction conditions, or restrictions as specified on the relevant webpage.If there are any changes to the information you provided, such as your addressor phone number, you should promptly inform ME30 for further processing. Youmay not deny the ordering action or refuse payment on the grounds of datainconsistency.
After you complete the online orderingprocess, the system will automatically send you a notification via email orother means. However, this notification is only to inform you that the systemhas received your ordering information. It does not signify that thetransaction is complete or the contract is formed. ME30 reserves the right toaccept your order. If ME30 confirms that the transaction conditions arecorrect, the ordered products are in stock, and there are no other reasons whyME30 cannot accept the order, ME30 will proceed with shipping without furthernotice. However, you can check the status of your shipment on the website. Ifthere are errors in the transaction conditions, the products are out of stock,the service cannot be provided, or there are other reasons ME30 cannot acceptthe order, ME30 may refuse to accept the order.
If you choose to pay with a credit card,you will input your credit card information online. This is done to confirm thevalidity of the credit card and obtain transaction authorization from theissuing institution. It does not mean you have made a payment or that thetransaction is complete or the contract is formed. ME30 reserves the right toaccept your order. You are not required to make payment before ME30 acceptsyour order, and ME30 will not collect the credit card transaction amount, nor willit appear on your credit card statement until ME30 accepts your order.
You understand and agree that while ME30will make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the information displayed onthe webpage or related messages, ME30 does not guarantee in any express orimplied manner that all data appearing on the webpage or related messages iscomplete, accurate, or up-to-date. Regarding the maximum order quantity forrelated products or services, please refer to the information on the saleswebpage and ordering process-related webpages. If you exceed the allowableorder quantity, ME30 will only ship up to the specified limit.
If there are errors in the specifications,images, descriptions, prices, or related transaction conditions of the productsor services, ME30 may refuse to accept your order within two days after youcomplete the ordering process.
Regarding the pricing and burden ofdelivery charges for the products or services you order, this will bedetermined according to the information on the relevant webpage.
You can select the delivery location andmethod for the products or services you order according to the methods,conditions, and restrictions specified on the sales webpage and orderingprocess-related webpages. If the products or services you ordered cannot bedelivered after two unsuccessful attempts and you cannot be contacted for overthree days, ME30 will cancel the order and provide a full refund if payment hasalready been made.
All online transactions and related mattersconducted on ME30 are agreed upon by you and ME30 to be conducted usingelectronic documents. ME30's computer system will automatically record relevantelectronic transaction data. You can also query transaction data online afterlogging into the system. If you find any inaccuracies in the transaction data,you should immediately notify ME30 for correction. If you use an invoicecarrier, please ensure that the data is accurate before placing an order. Ifyou fail to promptly correct any errors in the data, you will be responsiblefor any related liabilities.
Regarding consumer complaints or disputes,you can follow the processing mechanisms, procedures, and contact informationprovided by the online customer service system after logging in, and ME30'scustomer service staff will promptly assist you.
Section 4 Returns and Refunds
If the product you ordered has defects, youcan request a full refund.
You can exercise your relevant rights inaccordance with Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The methods and conditions for returns andrefunds are determined based on the information provided in the shoppinginstructions.
If you receive a product with externalpackaging defects, damage, or if the product does not meet your expectedresults or satisfaction, please contact ME30 customer service by calling(07)586-7010 or through one-on-one customer support. We will inquire about yourusage situation and process your return or exchange as soon as possible.
You understand and agree that if a refundneeds to be processed due to your request for a return or exchange, ME30'sinability to accept your entire order or a part of it, or if the contract isterminated or becomes ineffective for any reason, ME30 may handle invoices ordebit notes and other relevant documents required by applicable laws on yourbehalf.
Section 5 Intellectual Property Rights
The software or programs used by ourcompany or its subsidiaries' websites and related channels, as well as allcontent on the websites, including but not limited to text, images, files,information, data, website structure, website layout, and webpage design, areprotected by intellectual property rights owned by our company or otherrightful owners, including but not limited to trademark rights, patent rights,copyright, trade secrets, and proprietary technologies. No one is permitted touse, modify, reproduce, publicly broadcast, create derivative works,distribute, publish, publicly disclose, perform reverse engineering, decompile,or disassemble them without authorization. If you wish to quote or reproducethe aforementioned software, programs, or website content, you must obtainprior written consent from our company or other rightful owners as required bylaw. Respecting intellectual property rights is your obligation, and in case ofany violation, you shall be liable for damages to our company (including butnot limited to litigation costs and attorney's fees).
Section 6 System Security and Backup
ME30 will ensure that the system meetsgenerally reasonable security expectations. However, the system does notguarantee in any express or implied manner that the data you upload or transmitwill be displayed or processed correctly, nor does it guarantee the accuracy ofdata transmission. If you discover any errors or omissions in the system,please notify ME30 immediately.
The system regularly backs up data, butME30 is not responsible for data errors, deletion, or backup errors orfailures, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Section 7 Interpretation of the Agreement
The content of these agreement terms, aswell as the provisions and related agreements specified in these terms and onrelated webpages, if any provision, item, or content is determined by a courtto be invalid or not a part of the contract, it will not affect the validity ofthe remaining provisions or other content of the agreement. The provision orcontent that is determined to be invalid or not a part of the contract shall beinterpreted or supplemented to be consistent with the original provision orcontent to the maximum extent permitted by relevant laws and regulations.
The exercise or non-exercise of any rightsobtained or claimable under any provision or related agreement specified inthese agreement terms and on related webpages will not affect the exercise ornon-exercise of rights obtained or claimable under other provisions or relatedagreements specified in these agreement terms and on related webpages.
In accordance with Article 11, Paragraph 2of the Consumer Protection Act, in case of doubt about standardized contractterms, they should be interpreted in favor of the consumer.
Section 8 Additional Agreements
The ME30 membership system is our way ofexpressing gratitude to all our friends who support ME30. To ensure fairnessand justice, our company will implement strict mechanisms to confirm thatmembership benefits are only for personal use.
1. Use of membership benefits(upgrade points, birthday vouchers, shopping vouchers, or other discounts) mustbe associated with the member's own credit card transactions (if paying incash, valid identification must be presented).
2. Product purchase limitations:Membership points can be used for purchases on the official website, with eachpoint redeemable for NT$2, up to a maximum discount of 40% per order.Membership points can also be used for redemption in the "Points ExchangeZone." ME30's official website will periodically offer exclusive rewardsfor members.
3. If a member makes more than 6orders per month on the official website or engages in activities that ourcompany deems, according to its current technological assessment, to benon-personal use, the system will consider it abnormal.
4. If a member accumulatesconsumption amounts or points in any dishonest manner or violates anyprovisions in this agreement or the latest usage rules, our company reservesthe right to immediately suspend all membership benefits and revoke themembership status.
If any of the above mechanisms determine anabnormal situation, our company has the right to refuse to accept your ordersor cancel your membership, and rewards such as upgrade points, birthdayvouchers, shopping vouchers, or other benefits will not be refunded. If it isverified that a member is reselling products to profit from the pricedifference, our company will seek legal remedies to protect its rights.
Our company reserves the right to issue,renew, suspend, or cancel memberships, and to modify, change, or terminatemembership benefits, consumer discounts, event content, and related services atany time. Members agree that our company may modify or change the"Agreement Terms and Rules" of the membership at any time, and suchchanges will take effect after a certain period of notice to members throughannouncements in our company's stores or on its website, or through individualnotifications to members.
The rights and obligations of both partiesstated in these membership terms, if violated and causing damage to ourcompany's interests, may lead to our company appointing a lawyer to seekdamages in accordance with the law.
These agreement terms are governed by thelaws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Kaohsiung District Court shallhave jurisdiction over any disputes.
Section 9 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
All your online orders, transactions, oractivities conducted on ME30, as well as the provisions in these agreementterms and on related webpages, are governed by the laws of the Republic ofChina (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from your online orders, transactions,activities on ME30, or the provisions in these agreement terms or on relatedwebpages, if they result in litigation, shall be subject to the jurisdiction ofthe Kaohsiung District Court as the court of first instance, unless otherwisemandated by law.
These agreement terms are governed by thelaws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), and the Kaohsiung District Court shallhave jurisdiction.
