ANTI-FRAUD STATEMENT

ME30 will not, under any circumstances or for any reason, request your financial account or credit card information via text message or phone call, except for issues related to 'shopping orders.' Additionally, ME30 will not ask you to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM through such methods.

If you receive related phone calls or text messages, please remain vigilant and do not trust instructions from unknown callers. If in doubt, contact ME30 immediately or call the Police Department's 165 anti-fraud hotline for verification.

Be cautious of incoming calls with prefixes like '+', '+2', '+886', etc., and be wary of tactics where callers alter their phone numbers or impersonate specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Do not click on unknown links or accept friend invitations from unknown contacts on LINE or through text messages.

Common fraud methods include claims of 'duplicate orders' or 'incorrect installment plans' to gain the consumer's trust, followed by requests to perform online banking or ATM operations. For any banking-related matters, contact your bank directly. If the content of a call asks you to operate related accounts or provide information, refuse to do so to minimize the risk of fraud.

Also, please regularly change your passwords, use strong passwords (combining uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers), and avoid entering account passwords on public computers to enhance information security.

ME30 wishes you all the best!
