We currently accept the credit cards of three card-issuing institutions including VISA, Master Card, and JCB. 

Since ME30  uses 3D verification, the Card Association will check whether or not the card is a 3D card according to CARD BIN (the first six digits of the card number) when you make a credit card payment. If there is an error or transaction rejection message when a member makes a credit card payment, please contact the issuing bank of your credit card.

Unfortunately it's not possible to split payment across multiple payment methods.

We currently do not offer payment by installment.

Your order will ship within 1~2 business days, and about 7-14 working days for international shipments, excluding customs clearance time.

Please note that for international deliveries, there may be customs duties and taxes involved.

Since these charges vary depending on your country's tax laws and regulations, we can't provide you with the exact amounts.

We kindly ask you to check your destination country's tariff rules for imported products before placing your order.

Once your order is shipped, please be aware that you, as the buyer, will be responsible for covering all duties and import/brokerage fees related to the shipment.

Please keep in mind that ME30 will not be able to assist with these costs.

In the event that the package is rejected by the destination country, you will also be responsible for the return shipping fees. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

We want you to feel completely satisfied with your ME30 purchases. That's why we offer you the convenience of trying out your items at home. If, for any reason, you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have the option to return eligible ME30 items within 10 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, the items must be unused and in their original condition, which includes all the original packaging. This return policy applies to items purchased during a sale or with a promotion code as well.

Please remember that when you make a return, it should be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase. We're here to make your shopping experience as enjoyable as possible!

Regarding exchange, we don't have a formal exchange program for international orders. If you'd like to exchange something for a different color or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our webshop for the item you'd like to receive in exchange. 

1. Please submit a return form.

After you've filled out the form, please make sure to send the product you wish to return to our company (4F, No.695, MingCheng 3rd Rd, Gushan Dist., Kaohsiung City, 80457 (Taiwan R.O.C.)) within 3 days. You have the flexibility to choose your preferred carrier. We strongly recommend obtaining a tracking number for your shipment. This way, you'll have added protection in case of any unforeseen issues like theft or loss during transit to our facility.

To determine the delivery time, ME30 will refer to the delivery certificate. If the package is not sent out within 3 days, your return or replacement request will no longer be valid. In such cases, the packages will be returned to you, and we won't be able to process your application. We hope you understand.

We'd also like to remind you that earrings (including ear needles and piercing types) are considered personal hygiene products. Due to this, there's no trial period or the option for return or replacement, as it's essential to maintain hygiene standards. 

3. As soon as we receive your returned items, our dedicated ME30 team will begin the refund process. We'll credit the cost of the goods back to your original payment method.

You can expect us to start this refund process within 3 days of receiving the returned items. Please keep in mind that your credit card company may take around 10-15 working days to reflect the refund in your payment account or on your card.
