ME30 jewelry is currently sold in TAST department stores in Taiwan. Promotions on the official website will not be applicable at retail stores. To learn more about promotions at stores, please contact each store.

The styles sold by each TAST store are various, and some are exclusive products in retail stores.
Q: If the order contains backordered and in-stock products, when can I receive my order?
If the order contains backordered and in-stock products, it will be regarded as a "backorder". Your order will not ship until the arrival of the backordered products. If you want to receive the in-stock products first, please place orders separately.
Q: When will I receive the shipment after placing an order on ME30 official website?
Orders placed before 12 noon on working days will be shipped on the same day, and the delivery time is 2-5 working days.
Q: Why is the jewelry packed in a zipper bag?
During the delivery process, To avoid the entangled and knotted situation for necklace, and to avoid scratches caused by collisions between jewelry, we will secure the jewelry in a zipper bag during transit.
Q: What type of pearl ME30 sources for making jewelry?
We use organic synthesized pearls purchased from Spain and Austria.
These pearls are manufactured from inherited century-old craftsmanship and coated with layers of organic extracts from the ocean. The color and texture of E-pearl is comparable to natural pearls.

Q: Do the bracelets come in sizes?
Our bracelets are all one size. The bracelet has an extension chain that can be adjusted for a perfect fit.
Q: Can I adjust the length for my necklace?
The extension chain of our single-bead necklace is about 5cm, and the length can be adjusted.
Q: Am I allergic to ME30 jewelry when wearing it?
It depends on the reaction of your body to the metal of ME30 accessories, and there is no 100% anti-allergic metal yet.
Sterling silver, titanium, surgical-grade stainless steel, and 18K gold can greatly reduce the occurrence of allergies. If you’re allergic to a specific metal, be sure to check that the jewelry you plan to buy does not contain that metal.

Q: Will ME30 plated stainless steel jewelry fade over time?
ME30 jewelry adopts the latest vacuum plating technology, which is easier to keep bright than ordinary jewelry products for a long time. However, the sparkle of the plated stainless steel also depends on personal usage. Excessive friction and extreme environments (chlorine, saltwater, and direct sunlight) may shorten the life of accessories.

Yes, you can wear ME30 accessories for bathing or even exercising.
ME30 adopts jewelry-grade vacuum plating, which is less prone to fading and discoloration than other brands in the market. However, we recommend that you keep it stored in a cool place to increase the life of the jewelry.
