Exchange / Refund / Repairment

For overseas customers, you are free to try your purchases in the comfort of your home, and if you need to send them back, we will be happy to offer you an exchange or refund up to "10 days" from the receipt.

 

This includes items purchased in the sale or with a promotion code. All returns must be accompanied by a copy of your proof of purchase.

Ⅰ. Return Your ME30 piece

 

We are glad you chose to buy an ME30 product. But sometimes, things may not meet your expectation, or you have changed your mind.

 

You have to return the piece for reasons like :     

1. You change your mind within 10 Days upon receipt of them.  

2. You receive a defective or wrong product you do not order. 

3. Your piece needs to be fixed during the Warranty phase.     

4. Another reason which is not listed 

 

For the above reason one to four. You could return the piece back to ME30 by choosing a return method that is convenient to you at your own cost to the below to address.

Ⅱ. Process od Refund and Exchange

 

All Order pieces are eligible for refund and exchange. Products must be returned in a new and unworn condition and their original, undamaged packaging, along with your completed returns note.  

 

Please fill up the return note on the website to let the ME30 handle your case. You will have to pay for the backward shipping cost (hyperlink) for your repair and exchange requirements, which will be the same vary by region.  

 

Please note Customized pieces are non-returnable/ non-refundable.

 

ME30 team will start to process your refund upon receipt of the items. The credit or debit card originally used for the purchase will be credited with the cost of the goods. We will start to process your refund within 3 days of receipt of returned goods. Your credit card company may take 10-15 working days to credit your payment account or card.

 

 

 

Ⅲ. Repairment  & Warranty 

 

Every ME30 jewelry piece is covered by a two (2) year limited warranty & ten (10) year Pearl Warranty on receipt of a valid proof of purchase. This warranty applies to all of our products across the globe, regardless of where you purchased them. You can follow the return process to send your goods back to us.
